Our Fee:
CIS Management charges between 4.9% and 5.9% of the Gross Scheduled Income.

Monthly Operating Statements, Rent Collections, Bill Paying, Contract Negotiations, Weekly Property Inspections, Tenant Screening, Leasing and Most Important Top Rents to Increase Your Income.  Our statements are easy to read and include a year to date column to assist you in your tax planning and year end tax preparation. 

In addition to our nominal management fee, CIS Management utilizes an in house maintenance staff to handle all your property needs from gardening to complete remodels at only $18.50 per hour.
